throughout the states! We marinate strips of beef sirloin, chicken breast
or shrimp then grill them with our own combination of spices, fresh bell
peppers, onions and mushrooms. Served with a side of warm corn or flour
tortillas, our guacamole dip, salsa and whole beans. |

Steak and Shrimp Combo
A 10 oz., juicy char-broiled New York steak cooked to
order with plump shrimp simmered with mild green peppers, onions and fresh

Halibut de Casillas
First we saute a halibut fillet in butter, then finish
it in the oven with mushrooms and olives. Presented on a bed of Spanish
rice with sliced avocado, tomatoes, lemon wedges and a skewer of fresh
fruit of the season.
Yucatan Shrimp
Succulent, large shrimp cooked scampi style and presented
on a bed of Spanish rice. Served with seasonal vegetables & black beans.
Fish Tacos
Two flour tortillas filled with fried cod, topped with
